Hi mga beki... I'm really sorry for not writing. I'm just disheartened by some comments and an email I received regarding this blog. Super naloka, natulala, naboplaks, nawarlaloo, nawindang at naurat lang ako sa mga kinuda ni Letter Sender. And so I decided to grant his wish.
I'm quitting the blogosphere.
Todo na to eh. I still have some drafts I want to finish as part of my legacy as BM. Legacy talaga?! Parang networking lang. Ewan ko ba, I started this blog dahil sa pagka-frustrate ko kay Totong more than two years ago. And I guess it spiraled out of control, nagkaroon na ng sariling buhay si BM. And now, I feel like I should stop, bago pa ko tuluyang mabuang.

Di ako pala-react sa mga comments. Di ako nagrerespond sa mga followers. Wit din ako nagko-comment sa posts ng fellow bloggers. I may seem like I don't care, but hey! I'm still writing, ain't I?
Pero todo naman ata sa batikos itey. I am writing because I love what I'm doing, hindi para palaganapin ang kabaklaan at kababuyan. Kundi para maipamulat sa mundo na bakla man ako, may silbi ako at may sense ako. There are just things not worth fighting for, I guess. Like this email. Kahit wala ng magbasa, kahit wala ng mag-comment. Wag naman gento mga beki.
Right now, I'm seriously thinking of quitting. There's too much ugliness in the world. I don't wanna add more bitterness. Kaka-depress mga bakla. Please help me out. I'm just so affected by this email... =(
Probably I will just finish the drafts I started, para me maiwan naman ako senyo kahit papano. Pero todo na to, di ko na bet umeksena kung me mga gentong dautera. Magda-diary na lang ako, baka sakaling mapagpalit ko pa ulit sina Mara at Clara.

ReplyDeleteAs what you have said you love what you are doing, so why stop? You've been through a lot of things in life which is worst than that, so why quit of all a sudden? Do not let other people dictate you kasi sila ba ang bumubuhay sa iyo? Yang detractor mo na yan it only means a thing, sikat ka! Parang artista lang the more chismis na walang kwenta, popularity grows. :D
Life is too short to dwell on unimportant matters and insignificant people just like the hater na nagpa down sa iyo. Andami kung nasabi..hahaha basta BM keep writing, lalo mo pang inggitin yang hater mo. Wag paapekto kasi malinis naman ang konsensya mo diba? Yun ang importante.
I agree with what they said. I think writing is a gift and you have that. I don't think someone insignificant will just throw cold water on your dreams. Don't be affected with what he said...inggit lang siguro sau yon. I am a frequent visitor of your blog and it always gives me a reason to smile every time I read your posts. Please don't let the rest of us down for just one hater. More power to you BM. Go girl!

naku teh wag ka papatalo dian sa animal na nagsulat sayo dami mo kaya napapasaya. di man ako madalas mag kembot ng comment e araw araw ko tsi ni tsek ng malaking check blog mo kung may bago kang entry. pisti yang echoserang frog na yan. kung di ba naman pisti yan e bakit di na lang mag comment sa mga post mo at enemail ka pa ng personal para lang sabihin sayo yang mga nandian e siya tong mas walang kuwenta kabuwiset.

Te, you mean everything to me (eww!). I mean you're ONE of at least 3 blogs I checking everyday for updates (Strange fruit and Professional Heckler). Yung ibang kachorvahan d ko mabuksan kasi sa office me palagi at baka maimbyerna boss ko pag binuksan ko manila gay guy tapos yung sa tabi may mga nakabikini na lalaki.
Enweiz, gawin ko ng nobela. Sorry kung di ako nakapagreply ng bongga sa alam mo na. Natatakot ako sa reply mo at sa mga masasabi ko sa alam mo na, in short baklitang matatakutin ako pero I'm okay kahit na alam mong hindi (eh?)
All of this will expire sooner or later, baka bigla ka na lang mag expire (morbid ng bakla) and we're left hanging at depress (Charing! Knock on the hard!ck este hardwood), pero if you feel ready to retire then so be it but please find positiveness in your reasons, hindi yang katulad na ganyang hate mail ng troll na yan. I felt like I've known you personally by reading your blog, kaya kahit na anong move on mo dito maapektuhan at maachorvahan ka pa rin. Period. No Erase.
Whatever your decision, its yours to settle in time but please keep in mind while smiling that whenever we read your blog, may it be stories or snippets of apologies because your too busy - you've made us laugh and see a world where I can relate and sometimes jealous of.

I just started reading your blog a couple of days ago and i really find it enlightening and fun to read at the same time. Dati pag walang pictures ng sexy guys, mahaba na ang 30 seconds, close ko na kaagad yung site, hanap na ako ng iba. pero itong blog mo kakaiba.. it really caught my attention.. minsan nga sa office nagtataka officemates ko tumatawa ako mag-isa habang nakaharap sa computer... hahaha... anyway, just keep writing and be true to your readers and to yourself... inggit lang yang detractor mo... more power to you!
